How to nominate a new Delegate/ Focal Point

In order for delegates to be officially nominated, the following document should be sent to the OIE by mail.

• OIE New Delegate form, filled with the delegate’s contact details and signed by the appointing authorities.
• Official letter of designation signed by the local Minister of Agriculture.

For faster processing of the nomination, both documents should also be emailed to OIE headquarters ([email protected]), copying Regional & Sub-regional Representatives in our region ([email protected]).

In order for a new Focal Point to be officially nominated, the following document duly filled and signed by OIE delegate should be emailed to OIE headquarters ([email protected]), copying Regional & Sub-regional Representatives in our region ([email protected]).

• OIE New Focal Point Form, signed by OIE delegate
