The opening ceremony was held at the end of this morning session and was officiated by the State Minister for Animal Industries, Hon. Bright Rwamirama who delivered an opening address, alongside Drs. Ali El-Romeh, Walter Masiga, Elisabeth Erlacher-Vindel (OIE), and Dr. Nicholas Kauta, OIE Delegate of Uganda and Member of the OIE Council.
