BUILDING RESILIENCE AGAINST AGRO-TERRORISM AND AGRO-CRIME PROJECT
MIDDLE EAST PRESENTATION
5 January 2022 The purpose of the meeting is to present the joint OIE-FAO-INTERPOL “Building Resilience Against Agro-Crime and Agro-Terrorism” Project to countries in the Middle East Region to discuss participation in the project activities. Participants will include representatives from National Veterinary Services and Law Enforcement and from OIE, FAO, and INTERPOL. The meeting will introduce the project partners, present ongoing work to prevent and tackle agro-crime and agro-terrorism and describe proposed activities for the region. There will be a dedicated time for open discussion with all participants. The meeting also aims to identify contact points in interested countries for the planning of activities.
