The 18ᵗʰ Conference of the Regional Commission for the Middle East – Larnaca, Cyprus
Participants who require a visa to enter the Republic of Cyprus must submit their application through official channels — either via the Cyprus visa portal or by contacting the nearest Cypriot embassy or consulate in their country of residence.
To ensure timely processing, participants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application well in advance of the Conference.

Participants requiring a visa are kindly requested to submit their applications at least one month in advance to allow sufficient time for processing prior to the Conference.
