The 18ᵗʰ Conference of the Regional Commission for the Middle East – Larnaca, Cyprus

Participants who require a visa to enter the Republic of Cyprus must submit their application through official channels — either via the Cyprus visa portal or by contacting the nearest Cypriot embassy or consulate in their country of residence.

To ensure timely processing, participants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application well in advance of the Conference.

How to Apply for a Visa

  • Visa applications must be submitted through the official Cyprus Government visa website: https://www.cyprusvisagov.com/

  • Alternatively, participants may contact the nearest Cypriot diplomatic mission for guidance and assistance.

Application Deadline

Participants requiring a visa are kindly requested to submit their applications at least one month in advance to allow sufficient time for processing prior to the Conference.

Important Information

  • The World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) does not process visa applications or handle any related documentation.
  • All visa-related matters must be dealt with directly through the appropriate Cypriot authorities.
  • Participants are urged to finalise all travel and visa arrangements well in advance of their intended travel date.
