How to nominate a new Delegate or Focal Point

In order for delegates to be officially nominated, the following document should be sent to the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH, founded as OIE) by mail.

• New Delegate form, filled with the delegate’s contact details and signed by the appointing authorities.
• Official letter of designation signed by the local Minister of Agriculture.

For faster processing of the nomination, both documents should also be emailed to our Headquarters ([email protected]), copying Regional Representatives in our region ([email protected]).

In order for a new Focal Point to be officially nominated, the following document duly filled and signed by the delegate should be scanned and emailed to WOAH  headquarters ([email protected]), copying the Africa Regional Representative ([email protected]).

• OIE New Focal Point Form, signed by the Delegate.
